At Woodfords, our standards are extremely high where it comes to Customer Services and the quality of Technical Support we provide to all of our customers. Our staff are experts in their field and are very friendly, so whenever you call Woodford with an enquiry, you will be directed to an expert who will deal with your enquiry efficiently and in plain English (or Welsh!).
We use an in-house Call Logging system to monitor and control incoming Support Calls. This is monitored very closely and at regular intervals, and all calls are given a priority in a queue so that your request will be dealt with as prmoptly as possible. You can also even Log a Helpdesk Call yourself via our automated online system.
We offer Support to our customers on almost any issue they may have, including Server and Desktop Support, Network Support, Hardware Support, Application Support and even Programming Support. If we think we can fix it, we will certainly give it a go!
